Human Resources policies, procedures and contracts define the work relationship between faculty, staff, residents and students with the College of Dentistry. Topics addressed include, but are not limited to, recruitment, employee benefits, separation, conflict management, equal opportunity, affirmative action and other employee/employer concerns.
College of Dentistry Human Resources policies supplement University of Oklahoma policies outlined in the HSC Faculty Handbook and the OU Staff Handbook. In the event of a conflict, the University policy will prevail.
